- Download the signature file hadoop-X.Y.Z-src.tar.gz.asc fromApache.
- Download the HadoopKEYS file.
- gpg –import KEYS
- gpg –verify hadoop-X.Y.Z-src.tar.gz.asc
To perform a quick check using SHA-512:
